I have trouble, in several areas, distinguishing between the bluntness of Natural and the roundness of Romantic. The nose is one of the trickiest ones for me.

I'm close to SC on the test with first place being SN (one difference). The one I had the most difficulty with was the shoulders, after looking at these most helpful quiz examples.Might there be a different example of the shoulders?

Grace, I'm not sure if these will help, I was hoping Carrie would chime in, but here are some different shoulder types:

I was thinking Taylor Momsen (Gossip Girl) showed narrow, sharp shoulders.

I would agree that's how those photos look. The same people may look a bit different in another photo, of course.

Grace, Naturals have broader shoulders than hips, Classics not.
Millas figure is very Yang.

Grace, I think there may not be a huge difference between the shoulders of a woman who is SN and one who is SC. I see a narrower frame and tapered shoulders as a hint toward Classic rather than Natural in general, but it's not always the case.

Thanks for this... I just did the quiz and I got 5 b's, 4 a's and 4c's.... Anyone know what that means? Think I'm some kind of natural anyway... This was fun, great introduction to Kibbe for a newbie :-)

Mostly B (Natural) with secondary A (Dramatic) would be Flamboyant Natural. There isn't a way to account for a secondary C (Classic) influence in his system - one can be a Classic primarily (DC, C or SC) but you would not have C as a secondary influence. ...
